Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Most orders arrive within 5 to 15 business days of being placed, depending on your location. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also track any order from the Track Your Order page on our site.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather and peak periods can affect delivery times and are outside our control. If your tracking has not updated in 7 business days, email support@optimallighting.us with your order number.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
